President & CEO
A.C. Caswell is an entrepreneur and President/CEO of Million Dollar Mingle and Future Pro Sports Marketing. A native of Los Angeles, California, he later continued his athletic journey in Phoenix, Arizona, where he graduated from Deer Valley High School and attended Glendale Community College.
A standout in both track and football, Caswell gained recognition early for his elite speed. After college, he was recruited as a professional sprinter and spent the early 1990s competing internationally before transitioning to professional football when the Raiders came calling.
Over the course of nearly a decade, Caswell competed at the professional level as a wide receiver and special teams contributor, playing across multiple leagues including the NFL, Canadian Football League, Arena Football League, and NFL Europe. Following more than a dozen surgeries, he retired in 2010 with a clear vision for his next chapter.
Throughout his playing career, Caswell was deeply involved in nonprofit work, which inspired him to launch the Youth on the Rise Foundation. In 2006, he founded Million Dollar Mingle, a global platform hosting exclusive, invitation-only events with the mission of raising $1 million in a single night.
To date, Million Dollar Mingle events have generated tens of millions of dollars for charitable causes worldwide. Continuing to expand his impact, Caswell has partnered with high-profile events such as the Bentley Polo Scottsdale Championships to further elevate community engagement and philanthropic reach.
Lonnel Baisey is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, and serves as the Chief of Operations for Future Pro, as well as the Founder and CEO of Bridge Sports Consulting. He brings a diverse skill set and extensive experience to the sports industry, with a strong focus on athlete development, performance, and exposure.
Baisey is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Phoenix College and plans to transfer to Arizona State University to continue his studies in Kinesiology.
Over the course of his career, Baisey has coached and directed more than 200 prestigious national sports camps, including the highly regarded Future Pro Combines. He has collaborated with professional and collegiate organizations such as the Arizona Cardinals, Real Phoenix FC, and the Arizona State University Men’s Soccer Club, contributing to athlete evaluation, training, and program development.
Since 2012, Baisey has held a wide range of roles within amateur and professional boxing training camps and sports organizations across the United States. His experience includes serving as a chef, head strength and conditioning coach, and rehabilitation support specialist—each role centered on optimizing athlete performance. Additionally, he has contributed to public relations and marketing initiatives, helping to build and enhance the personal brands of fighters and sports organizations.
Outside of his professional work, Baisey enjoys spending time with family, traveling, listening to blues music, and taking overnight fishing trips to nearby lakes.
